My service 0ffers comprehensive, compliant, and strategic human resources solutions designed to improve staff retention, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance the overall quality of care.

I also am a member of the Parliamentary All-Party Committee for Social Care and have input and insight into proposed and planned changes within the Social Care Sector, allowing a more proactive approach when planning future policy and strategy for your business and workforce.

 

  • 30+ years leading HR and operational teams in award-winning care homes (Including Sunrise Senior Living, Hallmark, Caring Homes, Hamberley)

 

  • Parliamentary Experience: Active member of the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Social Care

 

  • Proven track record in improving staff retention, boosting compliance, and developing leadership capacity within care environments

 

  • Looking to establish a bespoke consultancy business for a small number of clients (A maximum of 10 clients, however this will depend on the size and scope of the work for clients) This will allow me to provide a very personal and hands on service that will always meet my high standards with straightforward practical advice and solutions

 

  • All calls and work would be undertaken by myself (I may use some admin support for audit and administrative tasks; however I would always be present and in full control) to always ensure a consistent, professional and high level of service
